The Early Experiential Learning Coordinator will provide strategic direction for programs and courses supporting academic transition, student success, retention, and applied learning primarily focused on first-year and sophomore students. The position is permanent and full-time, based in the Office of Experiential Learning at the State University of New York at Oswego. The coordinator will collaborate with campus and community partners to create defined applied learning pathways, coordinate the first-year seminar program, train and supervise instructors and peer Success Coaches, assess and update seminar curriculum, and support various experiential learning initiatives.
