About The Position
The position involves providing nurturing and support to at-risk children whose mothers are receiving services from House of Mercy. The role requires implementing developmentally appropriate practices that enhance the children's physical, social, emotional, and cognitive functioning in accordance with NAEYC and Early Head Start Performance Standards. The individual will also provide practical instruction on basic parenting and serve as a coach, role model, and mentor for child-related issues.
