Requirements

• You have 60+ college credit hours in Early Childhood or a related field
• You bring positive energy and a great attitude (this matters more than being perfect)
• You’re a team player — you help, support, and show up
• You genuinely care about kids and want to make a difference
• You’re reliable and ready to grow

Responsibilities

• Create a classroom that’s fun, welcoming, and full of energy
• Plan activities that kids actually love (yes, you can be creative!)
• Build real relationships with kids, families, and your team
• Support children as they grow socially, emotionally, and academically
