What You’ll Do As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will: Create a warm, secure, and stimulating classroom where children thrive. Develop and implement individualized learning plans tailored to each child’s needs. Use creative, multisensory teaching strategies to encourage language, social, and developmental growth. Lead and mentor a teacher assistant, ensuring a positive and effective classroom environment. Collaborate with therapists, families, and professionals to support each child’s development. Ensure a safe, structured, and engaging classroom experience every day.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree or higher in Early Childhood Education, Early Childhood Special Education, Special Education, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience working with 2-year-olds required.
  • Strong communication, organization, and classroom management skills.
  • Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of diverse learners.
  • Passing all background checks (criminal, adult & child maltreatment)
  • Drug test clearance
  • Satisfactory reference checks
