About The Position

NO SOCCER EXPERIENCE REQUIRED — A love of working with children is an absolute MUST! You will lead high-energy, FUN 30–60 minute sessions using our curriculum. Every session should be engaging, safe, and filled with encouragement.

Requirements

• A passion for positively impacting children ages 2–8
• Reliable transportation + valid driver's license
• Willingness to travel to class locations throughout Westchester County
• Ability to complete and pass our background check
• Completion of our comprehensive, paid training program to become Soccer Shots certified
• Safety-Conscious: Follows on-site protocols and creates a safe, inclusive environment.
• Caring : Builds relationships, uses positive reinforcement, and brings genuine warmth to every class.
• Organized : Arrives prepared, on time, and ready to lead a structured class.
