About The Position

The Learning Experience in Ahwatukee is seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Lead Teacher to support classroom operations, assist with ratios, and provide guidance to students and staff. This role is essential to ensuring smooth classroom routines, strong family connections, and positive outcomes for children.

Requirements

• Minimum six months experience in a licensed school
• Valid fingerprint card required
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain
• Strong decision making and reliability
• Positive, attentive, and caring with children
• Ability to maintain attendance, punctuality, and consistent classroom coverage
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Lead a licensed classroom and implement The Learning Experience award winning L.E.A.P. Curriculum
• Support daily classroom routines including meals, transitions, and learning activities
• Assist with staff support, classroom ratios, and enrollment procedures
• Build positive relationships with children and families
• Observe and document student progress and developmental milestones
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, organized, and engaging classroom
