Position Overview: Develop and deliver developmentally appropriate lesson plans and individual student instruction within established curriculum guidelines for children ages birth through five. Lead the daily instructional process by supervising students in the classroom and assigned areas, ensuring a safe and nurturing learning environment. Partner with teachers, administrators, and professional staff to address classroom issues and provide comprehensive feedback to parents regarding student progress. Foster early literacy and social-emotional growth for a culturally diverse population within a comprehensive preschool framework.
Requirements
- Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education (Required)
- Prior experience with the preschool population and knowledge of Early Literacy concepts
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds frequently and basic computer proficiency

- Bachelor’s Degree and Early Childhood Certification (Preferred)
