Requirements
- Loves babies, toddlers, and working closely with parents
- Outgoing, engaging, and comfortable leading groups
- Positive, patient, and encouraging personality
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable, coachable, and team-oriented
- Must be comfortable being active, silly, and engaging for full class periods

Responsibilities
- Lead fun, structured Parent-Child classes for ages 4 monthsâ3 years
- Guide parents on how to support their childâs development through movement
- Lead songs, activities, and basic gymnastics skill-building
- Create a warm, welcoming, and positive class environment
- Build strong relationships with families and celebrate milestones
