About The Position

The Learning Experience – Natick is hiring a Flexible Floater Teacher to support our Infant, Toddler, and Preschool classrooms. This is a great opportunity for an experienced early childhood educator who enjoys variety, teamwork, and working with different age groups throughout the day. Our floaters play a vital role in keeping classrooms running smoothly while providing consistent, nurturing care to our children.

Requirements

Experience working in a daycare, preschool, or childcare center required
High school diploma or GED required
Understanding of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP)
Reliable, flexible, and team-oriented

Nice To Haves

EEC certification or Early Childhood coursework strongly preferred
CPR/First Aid preferred (or willingness to obtain)

Responsibilities

Step into infant, toddler, and preschool classrooms as needed
Support Lead Teachers with daily routines, activities, and transitions
Help maintain safe, clean, and engaging classroom environments
Engage children through play-based learning, music, art, and hands-on activities
Assist with meals, diapering/toileting, rest time, and classroom organization
Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff
Follow all Massachusetts EEC health, safety, and licensing guidelines
