About The Position
Early Childhood Educator - Substitute New, State-of-the-Art Early Education Center! Pay Range: $40,435.20 $46,550.40 per year (based on a 40-hour workweek) Location: Fall River, MA NO NIGHTS, NO WEEKENDS, NO HOLIDAYS 4 WEEKS VACATION | TUITION ASSISTANCE | COMPREHENSIVE BENEFITS Are you ready to be part of something truly special? Requirements
- Education and experience meeting Massachusetts EEC credentialing standards
- Minimum of 9 months of experience in an early education setting
- Passion for early learning and child development
- Must pass all required background checks
- Valid drivers license preferred but not required
Nice To Haves
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
- Experience in NAEYC-accredited programs is a plus
Responsibilities
- Create and implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans
- Foster a nurturing, inclusive, and safe classroom environment
- Support infants and toddlers in all areas of development
- Maintain strong communication with families and team members
- Monitor progress and conduct developmental screenings
- Ensure full compliance with EEC regulations and NAEYC standards
