About The Position

IHA seeks a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood /Elementary Teacher to create a positive, engaging learning environment while delivering high-quality instruction in core subjects: English/Language Arts, Math, Science, Social Studies + Enrichments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (or equivalent teaching experience)
• Valid state teaching license (or willingness to obtain)
• 1-3 years of teaching experience preferred
• Strong classroom management, tech integration, and differentiated instruction skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver engaging, standards-aligned lesson plans
• Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment
• Utilize formative & summative assessments to track student progress
• Differentiate instruction for diverse learning needs
• Communicate regularly with parents & colleagues
• Support students academically & socially through individualized instruction
• Participate in professional development & school events
