About The Position

Beacon ABA Services is seeking entry level or experienced individuals in the Leominster/Fitchburg area who are passionate about early childhood development! Our Therapists work directly with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in their homes, following carefully created goals designed to promote independence. Entry level candidates are welcome to apply, and paid training is provided. Sessions take place Monday through Friday, anywhere from 8am-6:30pm.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree preferred; required for immediate promotional consideration.
• Associate's degree in a related field with over 300 hours experience with children.
• High School diploma considered with full availability and over 600 hours experience with children.
• Valid Driver's License and Personal Vehicle required.
• Initial Covid-19 Vaccination.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with children with developmental disabilities.
• Interest in pursuing further education in Applied Behavior Analysis.
