We care for children ages 6 weeks to 6 years, serving Logan Health employees on a space-available basis. As an Assistant Teacher, you’ll play a meaningful role in supporting children during some of their most important developmental years. Logan Health takes great pride in offering its PRN employees a comprehensive benefits package that includes: 401(k) with generous matching Employee assistance program (EAP) Free parking Employee referral program Employee Wellness Program that includes wellness coaching, classes, wellness incentives and more Logan Health Fitness Center - Waived registration fee and 1/2 off monthly membership dues Shift: Day Shift - Variable Hours (United States of America) Kid Kare Hours / Schedule: Monday - Friday | 6:30 a.m. - 6 p.m. PRN Assistant Teachers must be available for a minimum of 25 hours per week, typically consisting of: 2 10-hour shifts 1 shorter shift to help cover staff lunches and breaks. We also welcome employees to pick up additional shifts during staff shortages, vacations, and special schedule needs. PRN positions (also referred to as Casual, As Needed, or Per Diem) at Logan Health offer flexibility and are designed to provide coverage during busy periods, employee absences, and vacations, making them an excellent opportunity to support the team as needed. PRN employees can participate in a matching 401(k) plan and have access to the Employee Assistance Program. Additionally, they may qualify for hourly differential pay for certain shifts or hours, offering extra compensation based on department-specific scheduling needs. Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Completion of Montana state-required early childhood training within 6 months of hire
• Completion of STARS Assistant Teacher training within 12 months
• CPR/AED certified or able to obtain within 30 days (training provided)
• Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
• Genuine love for working with young children

Nice To Haves

• Associate’s degree in Early Childhood or Elementary Education preferred
