Early Childhood Assistant Teacher
About The Position
Martin Luther College (MLC) seeks a nurturing and enthusiastic Assistant Teacher to join our Early Childhood Learning Center (ECLC) team. Ideal candidates will have experience working with infants, toddlers, or preschoolers in a safe and caring environment. Assistant Teachers are an integral part of our play-based learning approach, where children are active participants in their own development, and teachers give children the support they need to become competent and confident learners. This position is ideal for a highly active individual with a passion for early childhood education who thrives in a collaborative ministry environment. At ECLC, you’ll be part of a caring Christian community that values faith-based education and embraces the opportunity to share the love of Jesus with children from the very beginning of their educational journey.
