About The Position

As a Early Childcare Teacher , you will: Help manage high-quality Toddler classrooms (6 months–48 months) Help build a strong, collaborative team culture Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum® (play-based + whole-child focus) Create a safe, engaging, and nurturing learning environment Build strong relationships with families through daily communication and updates Support enrollment, retention, and overall center success goals Maintain compliance with Colorado licensing and health & safety standards

Requirements

Must meet Colorado Early Childhood Teacher qualifications , including ONE of the following:
ECE Credential Level II or higher (PDIS 3.0)
CDA (Infant/Toddler) + Expanding Quality Training
30 semester hours in Infant/Toddler Development (Formal Education)
12+ months verified experience and required coursework (PDIS 21+ hours)
Must be 18+ years old and be able to lift up to 40 lbs and actively engage with children

Nice To Haves

Strong classroom leadership and positive behavior guidance skills
