About The Position
The Risk and Analytics Corporate Practice at WTW is a dynamic environment that includes over 100 actuarial professionals dedicated to serving large market clients across the U.S. This practice focuses on a variety of services including reserving and funding for retained losses, captive feasibility studies, retention optimization, and cost allocation models. As a Property and Casualty Actuarial Analyst, you will be an integral part of project teams that conduct reserve studies, pricing analyses, and capital management activities tailored to a diverse clientele. This role is designed for individuals who are eager to develop their actuarial skills while contributing to meaningful projects that impact our clients' financial strategies. In this position, you will be responsible for developing and utilizing actuarial models, reconciling and analyzing data, and employing problem-solving techniques using spreadsheets, databases, and other resources to deliver high-quality client outputs. You will also be tasked with creating client communications, including detailed reports and correspondence, and presenting your findings to both colleagues and clients. Additionally, you will be expected to sit for actuarial exams, furthering your professional development in the field.
