Over 6 months, starting on March 1, 2026, you’ll gain hands-on experience and insights into the financial industry while building lasting connections in a globally recognized investment firm.

Requirements

  • Students pursuing a Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Financial Engineering, Business Administration, or similar degree.
  • A genuine interest in the financial sector and a drive to make an impact.
  • Independent, responsible, strong initiative and resourcefulness and eagerness to learn.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving, time-management, attention to detail, and organizational abilities.
  • Highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, MS Office and comfort working with financial data.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Seismic and Jira a plus.
  • Outstanding communication skills and interpersonal abilities; able to express ideas effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal). Knowledge of Spanish, German, French, or Italian is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing client reports, presentations, and data analysis projects.
  • Assist with client data verification tasks to ensure data quality.
  • Identify recurring client service issues and propose process improvements.
  • Support the US Institutional Sales team in lead generation, market research, and the development of sales materials.
  • Help track sales client engagement metrics and near-term action plans based on meeting notes.
  • Support meeting coordination, scheduling, and follow-up tasks.
  • Conduct research on market trends, competitor analysis, and industry reports to support strategic decision making.
  • Present findings to the team to provide recommendations and findings.
  • Assist in the preparation of product-related reports and documentation and note any gaps.
  • Support ad-hoc Product Management projects such as the enhancement of internal repository of resources.
  • Develop support documents for sales teams.
  • Assist with onboarding new client accounts and support process & documentation workflow.
  • Work closely with various teams as required to ensure alignment globally.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas.
