Requirements

• Rising seniors graduating between December 2025 - June 2026.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
• Desire to work in a team environment and the capability for independent work.
• Results-oriented focus.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation and analytical skills.
• Alignment with values of integrity, client commitment and community dedication.
• Adaptability, quick learning ability and professional demeanor.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.

Responsibilities

• Delve into employer-sponsored health and welfare benefit programs with strategic assessments and innovative solutions.
• Gain hands-on experience in developing critical strategies for today's evolving healthcare landscape.
• Engage in challenging client projects with the benefit of continuous formal and informal feedback.
• Participate in social outings and community service activities throughout the internship.
