About The Position

As an Employee Experience intern, you will help our clients across our EX portfolio—including communications, strategy and change management, behavior change, employee insights (listening/surveys and assessments), and learn how to use WTW's employee experience software and other digital solutions. You'll work with some of the industry's top consultants, developing your skills and technical knowledge while delivering creative, cutting-edge solutions to real business issues. You will have immediate exposure to challenging client assignments that draw on your ability to analyze information and develop conclusions, demonstrate imagination and creativity, and create and deliver innovative solutions to key talent management, organization design, human capital and other related business challenges.

Requirements

  • Pursuing a bachelor's degree in liberal arts, communications, journalism, graphic design, UX or UI, or business, with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
  • Knowledge of current communication and change management trends, marketing and technology (digital and social media).
  • Ability to draw on a combination of advanced analytics and leading-edge technology to deliver insights to clients.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present in front of clients and on camera.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and carry out well-defined assignments according to established guidelines with little supervision.
  • Strong project management and analytical and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical savvy and comfort using the Microsoft Office Suite (MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Teams and Outlook).

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Foxit and/or Adobe platforms.
  • Willingness to learn how to collaborate in Adobe Workfront.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to superior work product and consistent project management for assigned projects.
  • Exemplify WTW's Core Values: Client focus, teamwork, integrity, respect and excellence.
  • Write and develop client deliverables including PPT presentations, video scripts, emails, postcards, brochures, benefits guides and website content.
  • Leverage and analyze data/information to make good EX decisions, inform recommendations and facilitate conversations.
  • Assist with design, production and presentation of materials for clients.
  • Function as a project manager/liaison with senior EX staff and clients to ensure data and materials are accurate, deadlines are clear, meetings are scheduled, and communication is consistent.
  • Coordinate production of surveys and track survey response rates for clients.
  • Learn how to read survey report data and understand the final results.
