About The Position

As an Early Careers Recruiting Analyst, you will support campus recruitment processes for summer and full-time analyst programs, with a focus on sourcing, attracting, and hiring top junior talent for the Asset & Wealth Management (AWM) business. You will partner closely with business clients and the early careers team to manage recruitment territories, build relationships, and help oversee summer internship programs that serve as pipelines for future hiring. This position contributes to the division’s mission of serving institutional, ultra high net worth, high net worth and individual clients through its Asset Management and Global Private Bank businesses.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years of applicable business or campus recruiting experience
  • Strategic thinking and strong attention to detail
  • Organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills
  • Excellent relationship management and consulting skills for providing exceptional client service internally and externally
  • Ability to interact with all levels of stakeholders; desire to build knowledge and understanding of the business
  • Strong communication and presentation skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Initiative and ability to lead projects, work collaboratively in a team setting, and contribute to project deliverables
  • Willingness to meet travel requirements during peak recruiting seasons
  • Ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information professionally
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently on various projects

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with experience organizing and analyzing large data sets, creating reports, and building data visualizations (e.g., charts, pivot tables)

Responsibilities

  • Support internal and external partners in identifying, recruiting, and hiring top talent into campus analyst programs across AWM, including fellowship, summer, and full-time analyst programs.
  • Assist the team in partnering with senior leaders, program management, and business teams to help formulate effective recruiting strategies.
  • Learn and understand the AWM business and communicate the value proposition to candidates; educate candidates about available roles and guide them through recruitment timelines and processes.
  • Deliver an exceptional client experience by providing a consultative recruitment approach; review candidate profiles, track candidate progression, facilitate interview processes, and communicate offer decisions, with a strong focus on diversity and the impact of campus recruitment.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key school clubs and organizations to ensure visibility and marketing of AWM programs with candidates, faculty, administrators, and other recruiting partners.
  • Organize and attend in-person and virtual campus recruitment events to attract top talent and raise awareness of AWM programs and brand.
  • Identify and support recruiting top talent, including those from underrepresented populations; collaborate with the AWM campus team and diversity partners to help build, execute, and track diversity recruiting strategies.
  • Collect and manage data with strong attention to detail; communicate professionally and efficiently; measure recruiting success and provide key metrics to management (e.g., target hires, intern conversion rates, acceptance rates).
  • Support the execution of full-cycle candidate and business experiences, including selection, training, and evaluation processes; provide organized and timely updates to stakeholders on process progression.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and program management teams on summer Intern and Fellowship experiences, including performance development and conversion to full-time campus programs.
  • Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, program management, marketing, training and development, and new hire experience teams on the summer analyst experience, including performance development and conversion to full-time analyst roles.
