The Sophomore Actuarial Career Discovery Program at Aon offers college sophomores a unique opportunity to connect with an advisor in the actuarial field. Participants will learn about a consulting career from one of Aon's solutions teams, which include Health, Wealth, Risk, or Reinsurance, and practice real-world scenarios during the program. This mentorship program serves as a direct pipeline to the Summer 2027 Actuarial Intern opportunities, allowing selected mentees to be fast-tracked to a final round interview for the intern program. The program is virtual, and candidates can select location preferences aligned with their interests for the Summer 2027 internship opportunities.
