About The Position
The Finance Leadership Program (FLP) Analyst position at Aon is a full-time entry-level role designed for recent college graduates. This program offers accelerated learning opportunities and career development within the Controllership and Finance departments. Participants will rotate across various Accounting and Finance teams every six months, gaining core knowledge in financial analysis, general ledger accounting, financial reporting, and more.
