About The Position

The Early Career Talent Advisor is responsible for delivering comprehensive full-cycle talent acquisition solutions for early career talent in your client group(s). By leveraging campus activity, data, market insights, and innovative search techniques, you’ll drive results that align with business priorities while fostering exceptional candidate and stakeholder experiences. This includes being a trusted advisor to hiring managers; designing and executing robust strategies to attract and engage top, diverse talent; advising during offer discussions; delivering timely, high-quality feedback to candidates; and contributing to initiatives that continuously optimize Talent Acquisition processes and outcomes. This position reports to the Talent Acquisition Manager and is part of the North America Talent Acquisition Team and will be fully remote.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years’ recruitment experience, including coaching hiring managers, developing and executing innovative search techniques, and cultivating talent pipelines.
  • Demonstrated track record of balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective collaboration experience with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Consult with stakeholders by providing market insights, managing expectations, and negotiating offers to secure top talent.
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies, leveraging tools like Workday, Phenom, and LinkedIn Recruiter, and utilize data-driven decision-making.
  • Deliver an excellent candidate experience by consistently applying standard work practices and offering clear communication throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain operational excellence through adherence to standard procedures, tracking KPIs, engaging in daily management, and participating in continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Document all recruitment activities in ATS (Workday) and CRM (Phenom), and participate in special talent acquisition projects as required.
