We are excited for you to launch an exciting career in insurance! As a HUB Summer Student you will assist the team with daily tasks to support client and departmental needs. Working with a line of business, you will learn about insurance brokerage through hands on work gaining valuable experience.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• A positive attitude and enthusiasm to learn the insurance industry
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills, adept at prioritizing and handling multiple tasks
• A collaborative team player with a desire to help others
• Independent and self-motivated, capable of autonomous work
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Outlook, etc.

Responsibilities

• Interact with clients, understand their needs, and contribute to tailored insurance solutions in sales and service departments.
• Assist in maintaining accurate client records, policy documentation, and other critical data.
• Analyze data, create reports, and contribute to market analysis and research projects that support decision-making.
• Collaborate with team members to manage policies, endorsements, renewals, and claims processing.
