WSP is currently initiating a search for a full-time Early Career Structural Engineer for our New England district. This position is open to our Boston, MA office. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Structural or Civil Engineering, or closely related discipline.
  • 0 to 3 years of relevant post education experience
  • Prior internship experience, leadership experience, or relevant coursework
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong technical writing, analytical and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with an emphasis on quality work products
  • EIT/FE Certification

Nice To Haves

  • Master's graduate program is a plus
  • Working knowledge of CTDOT, MassDOT, MBTA, RIDOT, NHDOT, MaineDOT and/or VTrans requirements and standards
  • Focus on structural analysis/design courses preferred
  • Familiarity with commercial drafting and analysis programs preferred
