The Sales Development Program - Architectural Track at Allegion is a 12-month rotational training and development program aimed at recent graduates and those graduating in 2025. This program is designed to equip individuals with no prior selling or security hardware knowledge with the skills necessary to succeed in the door hardware and security products industry. Participants will engage in a mix of classroom, field, office, and factory training to learn about consultative selling and Allegion's products, ultimately transitioning into a full-time sales role after completion.
