About The Position
The Early Career Recruiter at Formlabs is responsible for leading the full-cycle recruiting process for over 50 interns annually across various teams. This role involves collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify hiring needs, promoting the company's talent brand at college career fairs, and managing the intern program's onboarding and development. The recruiter will work closely with the People Operations team to ensure a seamless intern experience and contribute to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
