Join our diverse team of problem solvers as we add new chapters to the history of spaceflight! The New Graduate Rotation Program is a one-year development initiative designed to expand your engineering skillset through diverse hands-on experience and mentorship. Throughout your three four-month rotations, you'll explore a variety of fields supporting our business units: New Shepard, New Glenn, Blue Engines, Lunar Permanence, In-Space Systems, and Space Systems Development. Upon completing this uniquely personalized program, you'll collaborate with the Program Manager to determine the best team fit for your ongoing career. This program is tailored for new graduates who are eager to apply their academic knowledge in a practical setting. You will engage in projects that may include various aspects of applied fluid and mechanical engineering, such as the design, analysis, and testing of fluid components and systems, propulsion systems, and mechanical systems. The projects will also involve the integration of materials and processes, manufacturing, systems testing, operations, and systems engineering. Specific duties will be aligned with our business unit objectives, providing a comprehensive experience that prepares you for a successful career in the aerospace industry. Interviews will include a technical assessment, and multiple positions are available, making this an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to kickstart their careers in a dynamic and innovative environment.
