Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree from an accredited program in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or other equivalent engineering degree.
  • 3 months co-op/internship experience in a relevant environment (preferred).
  • Less than 2 years of engineering work experience.
  • Highly effective communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Strong problem solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to balance workload and set priorities.
  • Ability to present to varying audiences.
  • Work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, create and implement innovative technical activities and solutions in almost all areas of Manufacturing operations.
  • Monitor and manage equipment and processes to ensure optimal manufacturing performance and function while minimizing operating expenses.
  • Design various manufacturing equipment (stamping, hardware & software, die & mold) to ensure the efficiency and stability of new models and new technology introduction.
  • Interact effectively with Manufacturing Departments, Support Departments, Suppliers, and R&D to obtain consensus when finding root cause and suggesting countermeasures.
