About The Position
As an Account Manager Trainee at Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA), you will be immersed in the workflows and best practices of the customer service side of the insurance industry. Your training will cover routing policy documents and client notices, developing a working knowledge of insurance carrier websites, and following up with carriers for pending policy coverage changes and cancellations. You will learn to review renewal policies and endorsements for quality assurance, obtain loss history, and issue insurance certificates. Additionally, you will participate in a series of professional development trainings to enhance your skills and knowledge in the field.
