Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, retail sales, or a related commercial role
  • Comfort using everyday business tools like Microsoft Office, with exposure to CRM systems (Salesforce or SAP a plus)
  • A desire to learn how to sell technical or solution‑based products, even if you’re still building that experience
  • Strong communication skills and the confidence to engage customers by phone and email
  • Curiosity, resilience, and motivation to learn the full sales process from lead engagement to long‑term relationships
  • A high school diploma or equivalent (post‑secondary education or sales training is a plus, but not required)

Responsibilities

  • Build trusted relationships with customers by understanding their needs and introducing relevant product solutions
  • Learn to identify sales opportunities by supporting market and customer analysis efforts
  • Drive revenue growth through proactive outreach, follow‑ups, and consistent customer engagement
  • Conduct outbound calls and nurture leads to support sales goals and repeat business
  • Use Salesforce to track activities, manage customer information, and support a structured sales process
  • Participate in sales planning, training, and product education to continuously build your skills and industry knowledge
