Performance Consultants (PCs) play an important role in improving customers’ employee performance, leadership skills, and overall performance. The PC is responsible for establishing and maintaining healthy partnerships with a customer’s management and leadership. Through comprehensive consultation, the PC diagnoses issues and recommends solutions on an individual, team, and organizational level. Provides clinical assessment and case management for supervisory referrals. Works collaboratively with all departments to ensure client and client companies’ satisfaction of EAP services. This is a REMOTE position.
