About The Position

The EAM Training Specialist at Lumenor Consulting Group is a vital role focused on delivering high-quality training and support for Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) implementations. This position involves working with a diverse range of clients, utilizing various training methods including onsite, in-person, and web-based platforms. The specialist will create comprehensive training materials and multimedia content to enhance the learning experience, while also assessing and improving training programs based on client feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Proven experience in delivering training and instruction in both onsite and web-based environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to convey complex information in an accessible manner.
• Proficiency in using various training tools and technologies, including video production software, e-learning platforms, and content management systems.
• Ability to adapt training methods and materials to meet the needs of different audiences and learning styles.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently for onsite training sessions.

Nice To Haves

• Professional certifications in training, instructional design, or a related field.
• Background in CMMS, EAM systems, or Technical Training.
• Experience in creating and editing video content and multimedia training materials.
• Industry knowledge in rail, transportation, and/or public transit.

Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging and effective training sessions using in-person, onsite, and web-based platforms.
• Travel to various client locations within NY, Connecticut, and NJ to deliver onsite training programs tailored to audience needs.
• Provide clear, concise, and effective instruction and coaching in classrooms, workshops, and one-on-one sessions.
• Utilize a range of media types, including documentation, manuals, videos, and interactive online content, to enhance the training experience.
• Develop comprehensive training materials, including manuals, guides, and instructional documents, to support the learning process.
• Create and produce high-quality video content that complements the training materials and provides an engaging learning experience.
• Assess and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and materials, making recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Work closely with internal teams and clients to understand training needs and objectives, developing customized training solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of training activities, participant progress, and feedback, and prepare reports as required.
