About The Position

This role provides leadership for the delivery of EAM modernization initiatives focused on Rail, Bridges, and Buildings . The Delivery Lead oversees multiple delivery cells, ensuring successful coordination, prioritization, and alignment across technical and maintenance stakeholders.

Requirements

10 years of experience leading large, multi-phase, multi-discipline programs.
Deep understanding of EAM implementation across multiple lifecycles.
Ability to influence and guide teams through structured communication and leadership frameworks.
Strong stakeholder management experience and interpersonal adaptability.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be able to reliably commute to Philadelphia, PA.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Responsibilities

Lead multi-discipline delivery teams across several workstreams.
Provide direction across roadmaps, enablement activities, engineering engagement, and day-to-day execution.
Maintain customer satisfaction through service delivery and sustainable ROI.
Manage critical path milestones, communication flows, and prioritization in high-complexity environments.
Serve as accountable owner of EAM maintenance delivery under hybrid-agile methodology.
Support business process adoption and alignment across multiple maintenance disciplines.
Oversee scope adherence, ensuring responsibilities are fulfilled across client and delivery teams.
Monitor and manage risks and issues proactively.
