ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Prepares and pours drink orders with proper portions and ingredients according to recipe and presents drinks to guests as required • Monitors, prepares, displays and maintains food items to insure presentation and freshness throughout the shift. • Operates and maintains all equipment and utensils as required in accordance with established guidelines and safety procedures • Maintains, cleans, organizes and stocks prep area in accordance with established property guidelines to include health and safety • Monitors and maintains bathroom cleanliness and supplies. • Monitors guest consumption of alcohol and intervenes as needed according to guidelines. • Serves as ambassador of goodwill while working and at customer and public relations functions; appears in publicity photos • Promotes casino events and programs • Works well with others. • Provides personalized service and uses guest name • Resolve service problems according to guidelines • Adheres to regulatory, departmental, and company policies in an ethical manner • Provides exceptional customer service to all patrons and communicates in a pleasant, friendly, and professional manner at all times. Maintains a professional work environment with supervisors and staff. • Meets the attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to regulatory, departmental and company policies. • Attends all necessary training meetings. • Assist in other projects, as directed. • Duties, responsibilities, requirements and expectations pertaining to this job are subject to change as needed.
