  • Meticulous attention to detail, with exceptional organizational and multitasking capabilities.
  • Demonstrated sense of urgency, ownership, and accountability in driving tasks to completion.

  • Prepare and manage highly confidential information with integrity, discretion, and sound judgment.
  • Plan and execute events such as off-sites, leadership meetings, site visits, and People team initiatives — applying digital tools and AI to improve coordination, engagement, and efficiency.

  • Partner closely with HR leadership, including Total Rewards, and Communications teams to plan and deliver key messages — particularly in support of board-related materials and initiatives.
  • Lead and/or support the creation of executive presentations and materials for internal and external audiences, incorporating data visualization and AI-assisted content development where appropriate.
  • Partner with Executive Admin colleagues across the C-suite on cross-functional projects, company-wide initiatives, and leadership events.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve workflows, processes, and team effectiveness using automation and AI-enabled tools.
