The World Bank Group is seeking an E T Consultant to join its Ethics and Internal Justice Services Vice Presidency (EIJ VPU) in Washington, DC. This newly established Vice Presidency aims to enhance the organization's approach to values, ethics, and workplace conflict resolution. The EIJ VPU is dedicated to fostering a values-based workplace culture and ensuring that staff uphold the ethical standards of the World Bank Group. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the EIJ Navigator's evolving Work Program, which is designed to assist staff in navigating ethical dilemmas and conflict resolution processes. As an Analyst within the EIJ Navigator, the candidate will work closely with the EIJ Navigator Program Officer and the Ethics and Conflict Resolution Data Scientist. The role involves qualitative data analysis and the production of comprehensive reports that provide insights into management trends and performance. The Analyst will be responsible for generating materials and products as assigned, supporting outreach and training activities, and managing the content of the EIJ Navigator intranet and website. This position requires staying updated on the latest trends in ethics and conflict resolution to continuously improve the EIJ Navigator Work Program.
