The mission of Information & Technology Solutions (ITS) in the World Bank Group is to leverage information and technology as a force multiplier to accelerate, deepen, and sustain development impact. ITS is undergoing a significant transformation aimed at enhancing its efficiency, effectiveness, and overall impact to increase and accelerate value creation. ITS Business Administration department is responsible for managing the business of ITS, ensuring strategic alignment of ITS priorities with WBG priorities, and serving as a catalyst for transformation in ITS.
