  • Lead new product development and enhancements
  • Own rate decisions and collaborate on rating algorithms
  • Guide underwriting decisions at both risk and portfolio levels
  • Monitor performance and iterate based on data and market trends
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and adapt to evolving landscapes
  • 10+ years in E&S Product Management or related roles (underwriting experience a plus)
  • Deep understanding of E&S Property insurance, including market dynamics and regulatory considerations
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution
  • Familiarity with tools like PowerBI and Excel (training available)
