About The Position

The Emergency Department Attendant plays a critical role in the healthcare team by providing direct patient care to an assigned group of patients under the direction of the Registered Nurse. They will ensure a safe and comfortable environment for patients, providing compassionate and empathetic care while maintaining patient dignity and confidentiality. The ER Attendant will collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals to support patient treatment and recovery.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• BLS Certification within 30 days upon hire.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills for the electronic medical record.
• Experience working in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Valid Arkansas Drivers’ License.
