About The Position
Mohave County Public Works is looking to fill an E.R.A.C.E Officer position located in Kingman, AZ. The E.R.A.C.E Officer is a law enforcement detective position responsible for investigating criminal littering (illegal dumping) complaints throughout Mohave County. The mission is to prevent illegal wildcat dumping by enforcement, education, and the pursuit of criminal offenders. The role involves working with community leaders to plan and conduct cleanups, responding to complaints, and ensuring compliance with the County's Anti-Litter Ordinance. The position offers a starting salary of $23.26 and requires working 4 ten-hour shifts, with most weekends and holidays off, although the schedule does involve being 'On-Call' during those times.
