About The Position

Travel Guard is seeking a detail-oriented and driven eProduction Solutions Support Specialist to join our team in Stevens Point, Wisconsin. In this role, you will play a key role in supporting external Travel Advisors and internal sales teams by providing technical assistance, training, and guidance on our suite of travel insurance platforms. You'll ensure our users have a seamless experience with our technology, enabling them to confidently sell and manage travel insurance products.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years in a customer service or technical support role.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical support for Travel Guard websites and applications, including Advisor Connect, FNOL Claims Portal and Travel Assist.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide timely, effective solutions.
• Conduct training sessions and product demonstrations for users.
• Maintain an occupancy rate of 80% or higher.
• Manage user access within Liberty systems.
• Test new Travel Guard products and report potential issues with front-end technology.
