Ferguson is seeking an eProcurement Integration Specialist to join our team, a role that is pivotal in supporting and optimizing system integrations within our Digital Commerce framework. This position is designed for an individual who is passionate about enhancing operational efficiencies and improving the integration experience for both associates and customers. The eProcurement Integration Specialist will work closely with internal teams and external partners to troubleshoot integration issues, resolve technical invoice rejections, and drive efficiencies that reduce operational costs. The role may be performed remotely or in a hybrid capacity, depending on company policy. In this position, you will be a key member of the eProcurement Integration Support team, responsible for monitoring site functionality and gaining a deep understanding of third-party partner solutions, including Hosted and PunchOut catalogs, as well as Order and Invoice automation using EDI, cXML, and APIs. You will collaborate with associates and other support teams to address electronic document issues, ensuring that inquiries and customer issues are prioritized and resolved in a timely manner. Your ability to gather, prioritize, and track feedback regarding current integrations will be essential in determining viable solutions in partnership with internal teams. Additionally, you will work closely with stakeholders to identify and resolve integration issues and gaps, aiming to mitigate or eliminate recurring user difficulties. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, as you will be responsible for determining root causes for invoice rejections and manually entering invoices into third-party portals such as Ariba, Coupa, and Reactornet. Your strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to excel in a dynamic environment will be crucial to your success in this role.
