About The Position

The ePMO Business Analyst I at the Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium is responsible for providing functional, production, and operational support to enhance business processes and projects. This role involves engaging with stakeholders to capture project requirements, assisting in project scoping, and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. The analyst will also monitor project progress and ensure documentation meets established standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in project management, business or business analysis, finance, engineering, or related field.
  • Four years of business analysis or related work experience for Business Analyst I.
  • Seven years of experience for Business Analyst II.
  • Ten years of experience for Business Analyst III.
  • Relevant industry-related certification/licensure.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in healthcare operations, data and analytics, and/or information technology in a healthcare environment.
  • Professional in Business Analysis (PBA) or Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) certification.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with determining operational objectives by studying business functions, gathering information, and evaluating output requirements.
  • Assist with performing project scoping for presentation to the Project Governance Committee.
  • Engage stakeholders to capture and document project requirements, ensuring alignment with ANTHC strategy and business objectives.
  • Assist with providing technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and business processes to meet user requirements.
  • Assist with capturing business requirements, constructing workflow charts, and writing documentation and specifications.
  • Assist with improving business processes by studying current process practices and identifying future state business process design.
  • Assist with recommending controls by identifying problems.
  • Assist in creating cost-benefit analyses, risk assessments, and value analysis documents to inform project prioritization.
  • Help define project requirements by identifying project milestones and defining Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Help monitor project progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, and recommending change.
  • Collaborate with ePMO leadership to develop project planning that meets business requirements and organizational needs.
  • Ensure project documentation meets EPMO standards, including traceability requirements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
