Reporting directly to the Maintenance Supervisor, the E-Maintenance Repairman's responsibilities would include, but not be limited to, the following: Source the appropriate vendors and obtain quotes to secure supplies, parts, repairs, services, and or equipment requested per plant requirements. Inspect incoming parts and stock or distribute as requested. Contact vendors to resolve problems in cases of damaged or improper part shipments. Maintain adequate inventory levels of stock items and reorder replacement supplies as necessary. Enter inventory data into the computer to tracking inventory levels, usage and costs. Supply required inventory data to Plant Accountant in preparation of budget and expense reports. Maintain the parts storage area in a clean and organized condition. Maintain E-Maintenance system. Create PM's and distribute work orders to area management to perform work. Coordinate with planning to schedule oven safety checks. Perform inventory cycle counts per company policy and plant procedures. Collect parts and services data for cost associated tracking. Perform oven curves on scheduled basis and as needed as issues arise. Maintain orderly organization of the storeroom utilizing 5 S principals. Operate a forklift/truck. Perform mechanical or electrical repair as needed. Performs other job-related duties as required or assigned
