Customers invest in Seismic Learning to transform the way that learning and training happens inside their organizations via best-in-class training software. However, many of them desire an extra set of hands to launch faster, think more strategically, and deliver more to their teams than they otherwise could under their own power. Enter the Services Team, which partners with our customers to design training programs, develop training content, and maintain their accounts in a way that ensures a higher overall likelihood of achieving their business outcomes. eLearning Developers will be responsible for taking our clients’ existing training content (such as slide decks, PDF’s, videos, etc.) and transforming them into effective lessons using Seismic Learning best practices and a background in corporate learning. You must demonstrate an ability to effectively communicate via writing and be able to break complex thoughts into digestible steps. This Part-time role ranging from 10 to 20 hours per week will report to the eLearning Development Team Lead with the flexibility to work in the office, depending on location, or at-home. This role also has flexibility in working hours, which can be discussed during the interview process.
