About The Position
The E-Learning Developer/Graphic Designer will support the Defense Health Agency's Vision Center of Excellence by creating engaging educational content aimed at improving vision health for Service members and Veterans. This role involves developing webinars and video-based training modules, ensuring clarity and accessibility, and applying adult learning principles to cater to diverse audiences. The position requires collaboration with stakeholders and adherence to design best practices while working onsite at the Walter Reed National Naval Medical Center.
