About The Position
E&I Tech Sr General Foreman Role The Brown and Root Lead Man reports directly the Brown and Root Area Maintenance Supervisor. The Lead Man supervises area craftsmen, who are responsible for the identification and execution of corrective work. The Lead Man is responsible for ensuring that all work is implemented using safe and precision work practices.
Responsibilities
- Direct the daily work of the hourly craftspeople.
- Provide coaching and direction of the individual craftspeople.
- Ensure the craftspeople comply with safety, housekeeping, precision practices, and quality control work processes.
- Maintain clean, uncluttered and organized maintenance facilities and areas where maintenance work is performed.
- Ensure productivity and efficiency of the crew.
- Ensure crafts people are trained and developed so they have the skills to perform the work.
- Active leader in the area MWS process to set work priorities.
