About The Position

You've led teams in demanding environments where attention to detail and decisive action weren't optional — they were survival skills. This E&I Supervisor role puts that same mindset to work in an industrial paper mill where your leadership will directly drive safety, efficiency, and crew performance. This role offers stable, long-term employment with a sustainable, 100% recycled paper manufacturing operation. It provides competitive pay, comprehensive fully-paid benefits, significant overtime opportunity, and a clear runway for skill development and career advancement. The company fosters an entrepreneurial culture where each location operates with a local hometown feel — employees take pride in their work, respect one another, and work closely together to produce high-quality sustainable packaging. It is a supervisory position that remains OT-eligible on top of strong base pay and bonus potential, in a union environment (though the role itself is non-union).
