About The Position

The E&E Maintenance Superintendent is responsible for performing essential functions related to various electrical and electronic tasks within the plant. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of the process flow of electrical and electronic functions, including equipment in areas such as Slaughter, Rendering, Boiler & Engine room, Fabrication, Freezer, Material Handling, and Ground Beef. The superintendent must be proficient in using diagnostic equipment such as oscilloscopes, meggers, volt meters, and amp probes. Additionally, the role involves oversight of the plant's electrical systems, supervising personnel, and leading and coordinating projects with a focus on safety and budget management.

Requirements

• Must be capable of performing essential functions of various electrical/electronic tasks.
• Understanding of the process flow of electrical/electronic functions.
• Ability to use diagnostic equipment (oscilloscope, megger, volt meter, amp probes).
• Ability to understand and draw electrical/electronic schematics.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the day-to-day operations of the Electrical/Electronic department for general upkeep and maintenance of plant operations.
• Ensure adherence to safety and company policies across all areas of the plant.
• Provide support in electrical/electronic troubleshooting, installation of new equipment, repairs, and maintenance of existing equipment.
• Supervise personnel and coordinate projects related to electrical systems.
