The E&E Maintenance Superintendent is responsible for performing essential functions related to various electrical and electronic tasks within the plant. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of the process flow of electrical and electronic functions, including equipment in areas such as Slaughter, Rendering, Boiler & Engine room, Fabrication, Freezer, Material Handling, and Ground Beef. The superintendent must be proficient in using diagnostic equipment such as oscilloscopes, meggers, volt meters, and amp probes. Additionally, the role involves oversight of the plant's electrical systems, supervising personnel, and leading and coordinating projects with a focus on safety and budget management.
